Ingredients

cherry tomatoes

tortellini 
olives green

pepperchini

artichoke heart

salami, cubed

prosciutto, sliced

Cheddar, Swiss and Pepper Jack cheese, cubed

basil pesto

wood skewers

Directions

  1. After all food ingredients are prepped, place one of each on the skewers and repeats!
  2. Palace on a tray and drizzle with pesto sauce.  
  3. enjoy!  

Homemade Pesto Sauce. 

Homemade Pesto Sauce.  I LOVE basil. So therefore I LOVE pesto sauce! I usually double this recipe and sepoerate it into two small mason jars, one for my fridge and one for my freezer!

 {Ingredients}

1/2 cup Pine Nuts

4 cloves of Garlic

3 cups of Fresh Basil

1/2 cup shredded Parmesan

1/2 cup Olive Oil

1 tsp. Salt

1/2 tsp. freshly ground Pepper {Directions}

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend for one minute. Scrapes sides of bowl and pricess once more.
