Antipasto salad is one of my favorites to make because it not only tastes amazing but also holds well in the fridge!

Ingredients

cherry tomatoes

tortellini
olives green

pepperchini

artichoke heart

salami, cubed

prosciutto, sliced

Cheddar, Swiss and Pepper Jack cheese, cubed

basil pesto

wood skewers

Directions

After all food ingredients are prepped, place one of each on the skewers and repeats!
Palace on a tray and drizzle with pesto sauce.

I’ve been excited to try out this place since we moved to San Diego, and they did not disappoint! Each protein shake comes with a tea and both were delicious! I ordered a caramel shake and a peach tea 🤍 so good!

He is 4! I seriously can’t believe my baby boy is four. The years have flown by and he is turning into such an independent, strong & kind little man! I’m so proud of you bubs! 🤍 Happy Birthday!
